Astazi am facut un pre-order pe Zavvi.co.uk. Sper sa fie seriosi baietii si sa il livreze imediat, sa nu astept vreo 1 luna si jumate ca pentru Lost Planet....ma rog ala a fost luat de pe The-Hut :)

Finance is a more and more important part of football. All the constant debates about foreign ownership, club debts, TV deals and the like show this. But the big clubs aren’t the only clubs we try and model in our games, and we have to try and ensure that all levels of club are catered for.

As well as a plethora of improvements in the financial model for all leagues in the game that are suggested by our team of researchers around the world, we’ve also found some time to make other improvements and additions in this area of the game for Football Manager 2010, some of which are revealed below in no particular order….

One change that seems small, but is actually pretty big, is that the game's financial model now deals in pennies, rather than in pounds. Whilst things tend to be rounded up on screen, it means that we’re much better able to model some of the world's smaller economies and clubs.

At the other end of the scale, with the ever changing football ownership, and the rush for success, we’ve looked to model that, too. For many years we’ve had a “sugar daddy” setting for clubs where a new owner comes in and throws money at a club as a long-term loan. But we’ve noticed different levels of this kind of ownership more and more in the last year, so we now have different levels, including keeping the current level, and adding two more.

One of them makes a club a force in the current league, but will expect them to be self sufficient if the club goes up a couple of levels. The other means the manager isn’t given any extra budget, but losses are covered at the end of the season to make sure the club can survive.

If the club does go into administration, we’ve better modeled this and what are known as “CVAs” to make it more realistic.

There have been changes to the way budgets are calculated and shown, so you can now see player and non-player wage details easily, but have them all be part of one overall wage budget for the club, too.

The season ticket module in the game has been re-written so as to more accurately model the real world, as has the sponsorship code, so you can now have multiple shirt sponsors and extra team sponsors, which are read from the game's database.

Let's talk about new Football Manager 2010 features. There are really a lot of them. Every new FM10 features announcement makes my heart to beat harder! :-)

Press conferences

In Football Manager 2009, it's possible to ask an assistant to visit press conferences instead of you. However, there was no way to know whether your assistant would be any good at them, so there's a media handling style for your staff. It will specify how a staff member will deal with press conferences.

Declaring job interest

Youwill be noticed by supporters and the board if you declare yourinterest in a job, and then visit a match of the club you areinterested in. Such your behaviour will add some media focus as well asin real life.

Stadiums

Stadiums can have both terracing and seating. Now terracing will be shut or replaced with temporary seats for matches like an international fixture or European cups.

Supporters will comment!

Your team's supporters will comment on a team selection you did telling their impressions about some players and aspects after match. The players who don't play in the first squad will be also discussed by your supporters and you will be able to read all those discussions.

Monthly board updated

Monthly board update includes:

- financial aspects with profit and loss for the month

- club, and a regular physio summary too, telling you about who in the squad in injured or coming back from injury

New type of press conferences

Press conference for new signings.Journalists will talk about possible impact of new signing on yourclub, your squad, pressure on the player due to transfer fees,financial pressure due to the signing.

Free transfer player list

At the end of each football season, Football Manager 2010 will inform you about the high profile playerswho have been released. There will be a simple link to a list of all ofthem that you can checkout and analyze. Convenient feature, I think!

Equal values – one award

Sometimes it happens when 2 players have the same amount of scored goal in the season's end. FM 2010 will explain you why one of these player got Best Scorer award. It doesn't happen using alphabetic order by the way!

Controlling amount of news

Dearreaders, I suspect you are different in the following thing: some ofyou like to receive a lot of news about different leagues and footballevents, another part of you is interested in news about your club only.SI Games presents excellent feature for all of us – we will be able to manage amount of news we want to receive in Football Manager 2010! There will be very flexible system to do that.

Am citit toate astea pe blogul asta. Mi se pare foarte interesant, nu mai am rabdare sa il joc :D

Nu-mi vine sa cred cata abureala..In loc sa se preocupe de ceea ce ar trebui sa se ocupe cu adevarat, si anume : match engine, AI-ul, TACTICA (nu-mi spuneti ca au facut mare kkt cu tactica, ca n-au facut altceva decat sa adauge 2-3 optiuni si un wizard pentru incompetenti), sau ratingul jucatorilor, ei adauga prostii , sa aibe ce sa joace si copilasii. Cum poti sa adaugi in lista de "new features", o porcarie precum :

Ca de obicei, "optimistul" din tine refuleaza.

Avem un ME nou, AI-ul e schimbat f mult, iar tactica e schimbata major. Nu inteleg de ce critici inainte sa-l joci.

Pentru ca noi nu stim acele chestii si pentru ca ei nu se lauda cu ele, ci se lauda cu niste cacaturi. Iar eu nu am chef sa dau bani pe un joc ca sa pot sa ii gasesc dup-aia bugurile.

Vad ca un joc gratis primit pentru diverse servicii ii fac pe multi sa uite de aburelile marca SI. Patetic.

Imi pare rau sa vad aceasta atitudine din partea unor veterani. Nu vreau sa va jignesc(desi voi o faceti ori de cate ori aveti ocazia), dar nu sunt eu cel care demonstrez ca sunt patetic. Eu am o baza foarte bine definita pt argumentele mele (am jucat jocul), voi nu il aveti inca (experientele trecute avute cu versiunile anterioare nu sunt in nici un caz un motiv sa blamezi un joc pe care inca nu ai avut ocazia sa-l butonezi).

Mai bine vorbim in 5-6 saptamani.

Imi pare rau sa vad aceasta atitudine din partea unor veterani. Nu vreau sa va jignesc(desi voi o faceti ori de cate ori aveti ocazia), dar nu sunt eu cel care demonstrez ca sunt patetic. Eu am o baza foarte bine definita pt argumentele mele (am jucat jocul), voi nu il aveti inca (experientele trecute avute cu versiunile anterioare nu sunt in nici un caz un motiv sa blamezi un joc pe care inca nu ai avut ocazia sa-l butonezi).

Mai bine vorbim in 5-6 saptamani.

Tu ai jucat jocul GRATIS. Daca ar fi fost sa dai bani pe el, ca sa iti formezi niste argumente, poate ca nu ai mai fi vorbit asa. Singura modalitate prin care noi, testerii fara drepturi si cu -30 de euro in cont, putem vedea cat de bun e jocul este sa jucam un demo. Iar experientele trecute au dovedit ca demo-ul nu a fost suficient de concludent si ca SI a venit cu cacaturi gen "s-a rezolvat in varianta full".

Altfel, ramane cum a zis si Ballack. SI se lauda cu niste chestii pentru copii tampiti, pe cand noi suntem interesati de altceva.

Daca nici acum nu ai inteles, pot sa vin cu o paralela in zona auto (Dacia), unde probabil nu mai trebuie sa faci pe avocatul companiei.

Nu toti. Iar fraza corecta e: "de ce sa platesc un produs, cand pot sa incalc legea si sa-l fur crackuit de pe torente"

Eu sper sa fie ca tine, sa fie un joc perfect si care sa ne tina lipiti de calculatoare precum CM 0102. Pana atunci eu insa vad niste modificari inutile (stadioane, tribune, spectatori.. cmon) si un betatester care exagereaza prin atitudinea lui de Mr. Perfect care nu a "incalcat legea" niciodata de cand are calculator.

Din pacate, aici are dreptate Cornel. Demourile nu au fost niciodata relevante pentru a-ti putea face o impresie obiectiva despre FM. Si, de multe ori, jocul final a aparut cu prim patch pentru a rezolva bugurile de prima mana.

Aceeasi "problema" o au majoritatea jocurilor. Hai sa nu mai cumparam nici un joc, ca nu stim la ce sa ne asteptam.

Pana atunci eu insa vad niste modificari inutile (stadioane, tribune,spectatori.. cmon) si un betatester care exagereaza prin atitudinea luide Mr. Perfect care nu a "incalcat legea" niciodata de cand arecalculator.

Am zis eu cumva ca nu am incalcat legea in trecut?! Dar daca esti fanul unui joc si il gasesti si ieftin la preorder, de ce sa nu-l cumperi. Macar atat merita si developerii acelui joc.

ME nu e in niciun caz nou, ci poate imbunatatit (eu oricum pana nu se gaseste o metoda super-avansata de simulare al unui meci real, tot la 2D voi ramane, in niciun caz nu o sa-l joc "3D" :disgusted ).Despre AI, chiar nu am cum sa-mi dau seama, cel putin ei nu s-au laudat cu chestia asta pe nicaieri, spre deosebire de "new features-urile" alea de mai sus.Despre tactica, din ce am vazut in screenuri, nu o vad schimbata decat in sensul ca au bagat acel wizard, in rest, instructiunile sunt aceleasi, iar cat de bine implementate au fost in ME, nu se stie.

Joc jocul de atatia ani, am inceput sa le cunosc toate minciunile astora de la SI.Poate pe multi i-or fi prostit cu acele "new features", insa eu, pana la jocul full, nu o sa-mi schimb parerea despre ei ca "mananca c***t" in fiecare an, de 4 ani incoace.

La anul ce urmeaza? Sa ne bage wizard sa ne invete cum sa transferam jucatorii si sa ne spuna "sistem de transferuri noi"?

As I mentioned in the transfers blog, there has been a lot of work done this year on fixing issues in the transfers section, and this has a big knock on for scouting too, with us trying to ensure that the scouts in the game report back as they would do in real life, with better feedback than in previous titles to really help you decide which of the five right backs you’ve just scouted would be the best fit for what you need, and the best value for money.

This is also the same for the clubs that you’re not managing, so don’t expect it to be much easier – the computer controlled scouts and managers are hungrier than ever before when it comes to snapping up the players that they need too.

And it’s not just about those players you’re trying to sign, but the scouting of your opponents too. I mentioned in the backroom advice blog about the tactical feedback you get, and in the pre-match meeting with your staff they’ll give you all kinds of information and statistics about your opposition, as well as the next opposition scout reports being improved, such as including scout reports on the players that the scout designates as key players.

One quite major change to your football knowledge inside the game is with regards to the positions that the footballer can play in. In previous games you could see all of the positions that a player was capable of playing in, and how good they were in each one. Now, you just see their natural positions, and you need to scout the player to be able to see what non natural positions they player can play in. Seeing as we’ve had it in the game like that for many years with the player stats, it make sense for us to expand upon that.

With player searches, it’s now possible to adjust all attributes up or down easily in player search with the addition of a “+” and “-“ button for all of the attributes you’ve set up, rather than having to do them all individually.

Something returning to the series that we can’t work out why it went in the first place is that when setting up a player search, you can now use an option to match x out of y attributes to get a better chance of finding a player as good, or nearly as good, as you want to.

There are lots of new player search filters too such as:

* “Appeared in” player search filter to see players who are already cup tied.

* Part-time, amateur, youth and MLS specific options.

* Extra contract expiry options.

* Can now filter by “at least” in staff search in regards to their reputations.

* You can now filter by “leagues” for players, to just see players playing in the Championship, for example.

Then there’s the “Asking price” filter which has been added on player search screen

Oh, and filters added for both “trained in nation”and “trained at clubs perfect for searching for players to make up the necessary numbers in your squad with the prevalence of rules necessitating them.

SI pentru ca SI nu e Blizz, o sa fie un mare fas la cat de asteptat se lasa. Ca in anii precedenti, nspe mii de alte noutati mai putin engine-ul. 102 poate ca o sa fie mai reusit sau 103, pana atunci gg emulators.

Just to clarify this even further between the ’09 and 2010 versions of the match engine there have been around 60 “build” additions. That’s more than one each week over the last year, although many of these come as smaller additions toward the end of final testing, as bugs are encountered and fixed or refinements made in response to the feedback of the many testers in both FM Live beta and FM testing.
