The collaboration with TransferRoom introduces two major real-life inspired tools for managing incoming and outgoing transfers:

A. Requirements (Buying Players)

• Direct Communication: This tool allows you to communicate your exact needs directly with every other club in the game world.

• Advert Creation: You can specify detailed requirements for the player you are seeking, including:

  • Position and preferred In Possession/Out of Possession player roles.

  • Expected playing time (from star player to squad depth).

  • Type of transfer (permanent, loan, etc.) and age profile.

• Streamlined Process: Clubs with matching players will respond, and your Director of Football will offer recommendations, allowing you to quickly approach the agent, scout the player, or make an offer.

B. Pitch Opportunities (Selling Players)

• Market Insight: This feature is the counterpart to Requirements, allowing you to view the specific needs of other clubs in your game world.

• Direct Offer: You can filter the requirements (by transfer or loan) and directly offer a player who is surplus to your needs to a club that is actively looking for that profile.

• Pitch Activity Tab: Used to track all players you have offered out and any resulting transfer bids.

3. Smarter Scouting and Match Engine Changes

• In/Out of Possession Roles in Scouting: You can now use the new In and Out of Possession roles when setting up Recruitment Focuses and general scouting searches.

• Smarter Reports: Scout reports now provide feedback on whether a potential signing is a natural fit for your current tactical formations.

• Under-the-Hood Improvements: Other changes designed to increase realism include:

  • Tweaks to how AI clubs sign younger players to satisfy Club Visions.

  • Further adjustments to AI squad building logic.

  • FFP (Financial Fair Play) having a greater impact on AI recruitment.

  • New transfer clauses for individual player awards.

  • Better logic for preferred positions in loan negotiations and more loans with future fees/buyback clauses.
